The Mexico City government has announced a dry law for Wednesday ahead of the Mexican national team’s 7 p.m. match against the Czech Republic, which will be held at Mexico City Stadium. The statement was published in the Official Gazette, establishing that the prohibition on the sale of alcoholic beverages of any strength will begin at 3 p.m. on June 24, four hours before the game, and will end at 7 a.m. on Thursday, June 25.
